In your general settings tab, you have the option to customise a few settings at the form level, let us look at what those settings are and how to change those.
- In your dashboard, click on the cogwheel located in the top right corner.
- Click on the General Settings from the menu options.
- Scroll down to the Forms
- Against each form, under the action column, you should be able to see a Settings Tab and an Email Templates Tab.
Note: The settings are for each individual form. If you'd like to apply the same settings to all your forms, you will need to individually set them for each of your forms. |
Click on the Settings button in the grid to view and update the settings on that form

-
Invitation link expiry: The number of days after which the invite link sent to the candidate expires.

This setting only applied to invite email not reminders or any other communication. All subsequent emails like reminder emails will be sent via emails to the candidate.
Note: To be able to send SMS invites to candidates, you will need to purchase SMS credits. If unsure, reach out to our support team for more information on how to purchase SMSs. |
