Customise Email Templates

Your onboarding platform communicates with your candidates via email or SMS. The message and branding of these emails (and SMS) can be customized to meet your organization's needs. 

The feature can be accessed via the General Settings tab under the cogwheel icon on your Onboarded dashboard.

Note: Email Templates are set up for each form separately so if you have multiple forms, please ensure you have customized emails for each form that you will be using.
