Move between Stages allows users to move the candidate record between "In Progress" and "Onboarded" stage or vice versa without having to reject someone. You can also move a candidate from the Completed stage back to Onboarded to re-complete a candidate and push their data back into your ATS.
1. Pushing a submitted onboarded application back to your applicant
Sometimes you may need to push a candidate's submitted onboarding form back to the candidate for them to fix or complete some missing information. Here is a video with an example of how to send someone's submitted onboarded application back to the candidate for them to fix and resubmit.
2. Taking over an incomplete onboarding application from your applicant
At times the applicant may not be able to upload a document or complete some mandatory information in their onboarded form which may stop them from submitting their onbaording application. In this instance, a recruiter may want to pull the partially completed form into Onboarded stage to process it further. Here is a video to show how you can pull a partially completed onboarding from In Progress stage into Onboarded stage to further process it.
Note: The recruiter will not be able to edit the payroll pack or Candidate declaration section on behalf of the candidate. |
3. Reimporting data in your ATS and Payroll:
Although it would be rare, you may find sometimes a need to reimport a candidate that was previously imported into your ATS solution. One of the reasons that you may need to do this is when your candidate data couldn't be integrated into your ATS solution due to a technical issue with your ATS solution. Here is a video that shows you how to reimport a previously completed onboarded application in your ATS.
Note: For users to be able to Move candidate records between the stages they will need to be assigned Move Between Stages Permission under users record. Here is the article that explains how to manage user permission |
