The Police check feature in Onboarded allows users to conduct the Police check for a candidate with a click of a button.
Note: For users to be able to conduct the Police check from Onboarded, they will need the Police Check Permission switch flicked to “yes” under user settings. |
Features/ Highlights:
- Initiate the police check with a click of a button from the Onboarded and your ATS.
- Option to get candidates to pay for their police checks or the agency pays for the checks.
- The candidate receives an email with the link to complete their application.
- Application is prefilled with most of the details they have provided during Onboarded, except information like 5 years of address history and some identification documents.
- About 70% of police checks return within 24-48 hours.
- You can monitor the status of the applications from your Onboarded dashboard.
- Once the check is completed, it automatically comes to Onboarded and an email is sent to the user who initiated the check to let them know of the outcome.
- We also provide additional info in the notification email if there are disclosable outcomes in the check to alert the recruiter.
- The police check document is automatically pushed into your integrated ATS solution.
Note: We can also push the expiry date to 6 months or 1 year whichever is your business preference so you know when you need to redo the checks in case you’ll have to, and you should be able to do this directly from your ATS. |
