Rejected a candidate application by mistake? Not to worry! We now have the new UNREJECT feature that will help you bring back the form in Onboarded stage from the Rejected stage.
Note: There will be no loss of information on the form. It will have all the details saved that the candidate had provided before the form was "Rejected" |
Here are the steps to follow:
1. You can search the candidate in the dashboard or using filters by clicking on the downward arrow beside "Filters"
2. Select "Rejected" from the drop-down menu option under the Status filter and hit the search button at the bottom.
3. This will give you a list of all your rejected candidates.
4. Hit the UNREJECT button, beside the application form of the candidate you want to unreject and this will send the candidate application back to Onboarded Stage.
5. Once the candidate application is in Onboarded stage:
- If it was partially filled, it will return with an exclamation mark beside Onboarded under the status to let you know that some mandatory information is missing. You can send this form back to the candidate to be filled out by Moving it into Progress.
- If the form is 100% complete you will not see the exclamation mark and you can push it to the Completed stage for integration in your ATS.
