How to connect Referoo to Onboarded

You can automate your reference checking process by connecting your Referoo account with Onboarded to allow reference checking to occur directly from your Onboarded platform. Here's how,

Step 1: Collect Referoo API and Secret Key

In order to connect your Referoo account with Onboarded, you will need your Referoo API Key, API Secret and your Referoo's parent account login credentials which you will find in your Referoo account. If you need help getting any of the above info, contact Referoo's support team. Here is where you will find API key and API secret in your Referoo account. 

• Log into your Referoo account, click through Settings in the top-right, then API Settings in the menu to the left:

• • Click the eye symbol next to the API secret section to reveal it.

Step 2: Establish your connection from Onboarded

• In your Onboarded dashboard, click on the cogwheel located in the top right corner. Only admin users have access to cogwheel.
• Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu. 
• Once in the General settings tab, scroll down to Other Integrations where you will be able to see Referoo

• Click on the Connect button.
•  In the Pop-up window enter the API key and API Secret that you sourced from your Referoo account.

• Click on the Save button. 
• You will now be presented with Referoo's login screen. Login to your Referoo account using your parent account login details. 

Note: If the API key and API secret is incorrect, you will not be taken to the Referoo sign-in screen.When providing credentials into the Referoo's login screen, ensure you are using your parent account's details to log in.

• Once successful login, you have now connected your Referoo with your Onboarded account. You can disconnect it using the Red Disconnect button.
