XERO is easy-to-use online accounting software and payroll solution that's designed specifically for small businesses and assists the recruitment sector by automating the management of payroll. Onboarded effortlessly integrates with Xero, once the details are obtained like the bank, tax, and super details, the records are created in Xero automatically. No more manual data entry of information!
- In your dashboard, click on the cogwheel located in the top right corner.
- Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Once in the General settings tab, scroll down to Payroll Integrations where you will be able to see Xero.
- Click on the Connect button.
- In the Pop-up window enter the following information:
- Your Xero login page will appear, fill out the email address and password.
- Once you click on the login button, it will take you to the next window to fill out the 6-digit authentication code, enter the code and make sure there is a tick in the Trust this device box:
- It will then take you to the next screen, where you will need to choose the company name you want to connect and click on allow access:
- You are now connected with Xero, as the connect button will change to the Red disconnect button.
- Your candidate's payroll details will now get integrated from the Onboarded platform. To see how this works please refer to Article coming soon!
