How to connect Calendly to Onboarded

Calendly is a software company that develops a business communication platform used for teams to schedule, prepare and follow up on external meetings. Automate your interview booking feature by integrating your Calendly account with Onboarded. Booked date and time will be displayed directly in Onboarded dashboard making it easier for your team to manage the end-to-end process! Here's how,

Establish your connection from Onboarded:

• In your Onboarded dashboard you will need admin rights to connect your Calendly to Onboarded.
• In your Onboarded dashboard, click on the cogwheel located in the top right corner. Only admin users have access to cogwheel.
• Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu. 
• Once in the General settings tab, scroll down to Other Integrations where you will be able to see Calendly.

• Click on the Connect button.
• And enter the credentials for your Calendly's parent account and click on continue.

• Click on Connect to Calendly, which will take you to the next screen. 

• Click on Accept, to grant permission

Note: If any of the details are incorrect you will not be able to connect your Calendly account to your Onboarded account.

• You have now connected your Calendly with your Onboarded account. You can disconnect it using the Red Disconnect Button.
