How to connect Vincere to Onboarded

Vincere is your new Recruitment Operating System. The modern Operating System is purpose-built for recruitment and staffing agencies worldwide. Invite your candidates directly from Vincere and integrate collected information automatically back into Vincere eliminating the need to manually update Vincere. Let us see how to connect your Vincere instance with Onboarded. 

Step 1: 

Please contact your Vincere support team and obtain the following information from them:

• • Your Client ID
  • Your API Key

Step 2:

Enable Onboarded's integration by locating and clicking on Onboarded tile in Vincere's marketplace and flicking the switch for Enable Onboarded as below. 

Step 3: Connect Vincere to Onboarded

• In your dashboard, click on the cogwheel located in the top right corner. Only admin users can see the cogwheel.
• Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu. 
• Once in the General settings tab, scroll down to HR/ATS Integrations where you will be able to see Vincere.

• Click on the Connect button.
•  In the Pop-up window enter the following information that was collected in Step 1.

• Click on the Save button. 

Note: If any of the details are incorrect, it will not connect.

• You will now be presented with Vincere's login screen. Login to your Vincere account using one of your Vincere's admin login details. 
• Once successfully logged in, you will see a connected notification screen

How to disconnect Vincere from Onboarded

If you'd ever want to disconnect your Vincere account from your Onbaorded instance, you could disconnect it using the Red Disconnect button on the same Vincere tile in Onboarded
