How to connect Checkmate to Onboarded

Checkmate is an easy-to-use online reference-checking and background-screening tool. Initiate and automate pre-employment checks for New Zealand like MOJ, ACC, Visa View, etc directly through Checkmate integration. All results will be integrated back into your ATS

Step 1: 

Please contact your Checkmate support team and obtain the following information from them:

• • Partner Key

Step 2: Connect Checkmate to Onboarded

• In your dashboard, click on the settings icon. Only admin users can see the settings icon.
• Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu. 
• Once in the General settings tab, scroll down to Other Integrations where you will be able to see Checkmate.

• Click on the Connect button.
•  In the Pop-up window enter the following information that was collected in Step 1.

• Click on the Save button. 

Note: If any of the details are incorrect, it will not connect.

• Once successfully logged in, you will see a connected notification screen.

Note: For users to be able to conduct the Checks from Onboarded, they will need the NZ Work Check switch flicked to “yes” under user settings.

• You are now ready to start doing the checks from Onboarded.

How to disconnect Checkmate from Onboarded

If you'd ever want to disconnect your Checkmate account from your Onboarded instance, you could disconnect it using the Red Disconnect button on the same Vincere tile in Onboarded
