Onboarded effortlessly integrates with MYOB and updates your Payee record in MYOB with your candidates onboarding data, including their payroll details. No more manual data entry of candidate and payee information like Bank, Tax and Super in Australia and IRD, Kiwisaver and bank in New Zealand.
- In your dashboard, click on the cogwheel located in the top right corner.
- Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Once in the General settings tab, scroll down to Payroll Integrations where you will be able to see MYOB tile.
- Click on the Connect button.
- In the Pop-up window enter the following information:
- Sign in using your MYOB login details to connect MYOB to Onboarded. Please ensure the user that is used to login has full access to MYOB company file.
- Follow the MYOB authentication process to complete the log on process.
- Pick the company that you wish Onboarded to create your payee records in. If you have multiple companies that you need Onboarded to connect to, contact our support team to see more assistance.
- You are now connected with MYOB, as the connect button will change to the Red disconnect button.
- Your candidate's payroll details will now get integrated from the Onboarded platform. To see how this works please refer to Article coming soon!
